Not sure if legit (probably not because most than like 160 characters or something), but this would be something R* would say to cover up the fact that they can't make server stay up on a launch

I mean lets think about this that picture looks fake as f** and it goes over the character limit.

 

If you use your brain you will reach the conclusion that that image is fake as hell.
