Displayport vs Mini-Displayport

TruisticHurdle1

Is there any difference? Or will they do the same.

For example if i have a displayport to mini displayport cable hooked up to my monitor, I can still do 4k @ 60hz, audio, ethernet, etc?

Yep, just a smaller form factor I believe.

(Same with HDMI, mini HDMI, micro HDMI)

Edit: Here's two pictures comparing them. As you can see, they are electronically identical:

Almost as cool as my temps

Sweet, thanks! Do any monitors use displayport 1.3 yet or is it mainly 1.2 across the board rn?

I don't know of any personally as the only need for it is for 8K or 4K above 60Hz, which as you'd imagine isn't too common at the moment.

http://www.gainward.com/main/vgapro.php?id=956&lang=en      - this is the graphiscard.

http://aoc-europe.com/en/products/i2369vm     - and this is the monitor.

Yes. As long as the card outputs DisplayPort 1.2 so you can do 4K @ 60hz.
