Don't call me that it is impossible. I made a 16 GB RAM part list that costed around 500€. I want a laptop or PC, or even make it your self PC (PCPartPicker UK, Amazon UK).

It must have:

8 GB of RAM

Atleast 500 GB of storage for an HDD, or 250 GB of storage for an SSD. SSD+HDD allowed, SSHD allowed as long it's 500 GB minimum.

Good Cooling and Case

UEFI Motherboard with USB 3.0

No AMD CPU's unless it's really good, and no Xeons (if it is meh max.), Pentiums, etc. Also, no APU's please unless you really need one (and get a great one then) and unless you have a GPU + APU (CPU + GPU + GPU)

 If you can't get 650€, 800€ max. If you can't get 800€, 1100€ max.

I live in the island of Madeira in Portugal, so no USPS (shit on first try), NewEgg and stuff.

Don't use 4 GB of RAM. Please. Just don't. Just use 16 GB, or 8 GB. That's good. No 2 GB too.
