The motherboard seems kind of expensive although I haven't shopped for that type so I could just be off.

 

If you could get a cheaper one and use the saved money to get 16GB of RAM that would be good.

You could go for a motherboard with a b150 chipset. I assume you're not going to overclock your cpu (non-k) so you won't need that z170 chipset. Here's a good b150 motherboard:

You could get a cheaper case... Like the NZXT S340 instead of the h440
