if you can swing it, an asus motherboard is what i always recommend

also, you may be able to find an os for cheaper at something like softwareswap on reddit

Actually your build is very solid all around - if you can squeeze out the money to find a 4gb 960 GPU that will help a ton in games like GTA V or other memory intensive games. Here a link to one here - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814487128 -- I like the 250GB SSD - I have the Pro version of that and it works great. 

I also recommend going with a dual band wifi card so you can pick up both 2.4 and 5.0 Ghz channels. The one you have right now is just a 2.4 - the 5ghz channel allows for faster wifi speeds/more bandwidth than the 2.4 channel.
