LMGTFY is banned, but really, just google which game you like and add "wallpapers" to the end of it. I just googled "BF4 wallpapers" and found TONS of cool wallpapers.

This kinda seems like the wallpapers Justin Maller makes.
EDIT: after Googling I found out he DID make this one :P he doesn't really have many gaming like wallpapers, but you can browse something like DeviantArt to find some quality (and some a bit less quality..) wallpapers

If you want stuff similar to that, it just looks like a stylized cell-shading of iron man. I dunno, try googling "[game] cell-shaded wallpaper" don't expect much though, that's not a popular art style anymore.
