Coffee. That and some mini peppers because they dont fill your hands with flavored dust that gets all over your keyboard/mouse.

I did it for one night with friends, I was like a zombie in the next day, worse than any hangover that I ever had

So you are preparing for an extensive gaming session, which are your go-to gaming snacks and drinks?

Mine is sandwich biscuits or candy of some sort and energy drink, preferably Monster.

I normally have some juice and maybe some peanuts or crisps if I am having a full on evening!!! If I wanna treat myself I by a lot of sweets and a few cans of monster (Sometimes a 2l bottle of Irn Bru) and I can often do a all nighter on that if I really wanna!! And on occasion like my birthday I treat myself to 2-3 massive packets of cheesy doritos and one or two bottles of mountain dew!!

I have to say food is key to a fun gaming experience sometimes I have to say!!

I agree when I do treat myself it can be pretty crap in the morning... Not worse than a hangover for me but not far off tbh...

Yeah, that is the reason why I think you will be better off with something healthy. After all you are probably busy with the game so taste isn't a big factor, unless you are at a lobby or something. (not that you can't make it taste good!).

Doesn't mean your body like it though. (Seriously man avoid energy drinks those things have so much caffeine and are addictive).

I would still try to avoid it. Energy drinks are not good for you.
