GeForce GTX 695 might be an upcoming Quad GPU solution consisting of 4 Kepler GK104 Cores. As of now, is just a rumour and so its rank as well as specifications are subject to change or this GPU might not even exist at all, ever.

The probabilities of this GPU existing have been reduced from moderate to slim. If when new upcoming GeForce 600 Series GPUs (GTX 650 Ti Rev. 2, GT 625, GT 635) are released nothing is said about this GPU, its release chances will drop to none.

I doubt this will ever happen because of the PCI-E 3.0 bandwidth will most likely bottleneck it but maybe something similar to this when PCI-E 4.0.

LOL nope. nvidia's given up on supporting quad sli, so this is a non-issue.

HOWEVER, they do have 4-GPU versions for GRID, so the 4-chip bit could be a thing.

I see them releasing a 790 instead.

This would be a crazy card, but it seems like it would be outdated using the 680 cores?

Well it was posted in September, GK110 or 780 cores would be to big for quad, almost to big for dual

Oh okay. They are all better than my cards!

I doubt it. Nvidia really wants to move away from more-than-dual GPU solutions, especially quad (which is why you only see three way advertised, when four way is still possible). It's extremely difficult to make drivers for a quad GPU solution, and you get so little in return, so I don't think they will intentionally put themselves in the situation of having to support a "695".

I feel that they would release a duel gpu gk110 card before they did a quad gpu card of any kind.  The only way I think we would see a 695 would be if they somehow managed to get 15-20% better performance out of each gk104 gpu and released it for a grand or under as a duel core card.  Also I wouldn't expect to see anything top end until we see what amd puts out to match 780 and titan.

Since there is quad-titan sli rig from Maingear in the Nvidia Booth @ pax, I don't think Nvidia had given up on supporting quad sli....

Yeah they just don't say it's officially supported so as not to get any complaints for the lack of scalability with that fourth card.

Also quad SLI with two dual GPU cards will probably still be officially supported. Still I doubt this will actually happen.
