CPU Oscillator fell out of motherboard

Jury

I recently purchased a cheap motherboard from ebay. I open the box, and it looks as pictured. Then I see it in the bottom of the box...

Something that looks exactly like that.

Can I fix this somehow? or should I just try to get a refund?

refund it if just purchased

any attempts to DIY and getting it back to work will void your warrany

if you attempt to solder it back - best case scenario it Works but you still voided your warranty for future issues

worst case scenario - the oscilator is dead eitherway and you just voided you warranty and are stuck with a usless, broken  circuitboard

I could fix it pretty easy, if I could tell what the picture is

Will it POST without the crystal in place?
