I know desktop K cpus are overclockabke, but i havent heard of any K mobile cpus, wih are overclockable.

well I think there is a laptop that has a 6700k that's overlockable, I wouldn't really want to do it though, the thermals for a laptop usually aren't the best.

I think only the HK cpus are.

The i7-6820HK is the only one.

Guys how can I OC my dell laptop? It has an i7 2630qm but the bios wont let me into the cpu settings

If you cannot access the CPU settings, then there is a reason why you can't overclock. Also, Dell has basic bios.

 Then there is no garantee , but you can try clockgen or intel XTU
