High pitched noise from power supply

Hello,

Today I was running GFXBench and during the times that the GPU was at full usage, I noticed a high pitched noise coming from the power supply. Should I go and get a new PSU before this one blows up my whole computer?

Specs:

Intel Core i5 4460

MSI Nvidia GTX 970

Cosair CX600

Would a EVGA G2 550W be best for its price or is there another one which is cheaper and just as good?

Yeah, CX power supplys are not great, I got lucky with mine, switch to the EVGA, it is most likely coil wine, but I'd switch to be on the safe side

You just won an achievement. Discovering Coil Wine. This is the bane of every high end pc because it can make or break many people's experience while gaming.

not sure if CX has the zero fan thing RM has, but if it does, check if your psu is getting hot. if thats the case, flip it fan side up.
