Game recommendations for a 11 year old boy?

Gazereths

I built my 11 year old nephew a entry level gaming PC for his birthday/xmas, I put a few games on there including Grid2, Lego something or other (the one with Hulk and Iron man) but now he's got bored or finished them and was hoping for recommendations for some new ones. Don't want to spend a ton so G2A is probably my go to source. No 18+ games etc plz.

Specs of the PC:

Pentium G3258

HD7770

4GB Ram

That's a damn good idea....Car racing and  football in one....Is that online  MP only?

Hmmm??? It's preferable to play online. It doesn't require a very fast connection to play. But ultimately the answer is no. You can play exhibition games and seasons just like a regular american soccer or european football video game like fifa...... except in cars.

Hook'm up with emulators and he can go through the library of old school console classics. Plus, it's never to early to start playing Super Smash Bros. Melee for Nintendo Gamecube.

Rocket League is a fine suggestion. Also, while the intro is quite sad, Ori and the Blind Forest is a great platformer. Pretty hard, but that didn't stop me from playing games when I was a kid.
