"YuGiOh is for kids"

Mate, I've seen Men 30-35 year olds at my Uni play YuGiOh. People play Magic the gathering. I don't complain about it. People who complain annoy me.

I had Yu-Gi-Oh! cards when I was young but I never played the game formally when I had the cards. I only learned to play it with the rules and all when I played it on PC (Joey the Passion) and on my smartphone (GBA & DS emulators). It was very fun especially on my smartphone because I have friends who play it also and you can fight each other via Bluetooth. :)

It's for kids who aren't smart enough to play Magic.

I have about 2700 cards in my closet from years ago.

"Aren't smart enough to play Magic"? Explain.

I have tons of cards but I haven't played in years. I have YuGiOh World championship 2011, no clue if the servers still work.

Nice. :D

Do you mean Magic cards?

I played it when I was like 10.

Same, I occasionally play it as well.

I enjoy the game, but Pendulums ruined it.

Syncro and XYZ monsters have ruined it for me. :(

I only sometimes buy them on flea markets to sell them for more online.

Reminds I have a batch that I still have to put online..

It's hard to find card in shops here in the UK. :( All online (mostly ebay)

Well that was a VERY harsh statement, but let me explain.

It's not quite as complex because you only have to focus on decision management, not so much on timing, resource, AND decision management.

I played yugioh for a LOOOOOOONG time.

I have seen packs and stuff in stores decreasing for years now. Or are you talking like individual cards?

I collect Pokemon cards, so I sometimes go to card shops and have noticed Yu Gi Oh! is going away a bit in favor for Magic Cards. Last store I was in still had a couple packs and even loose cards though

Fair enough. I collect (collected) Yugioh cards mainly because I actually like the art on them. The Magic stuff never really caught my eye.
