Rainmeter issues.

So I currently installed Rainmeter. I was working on making my background change every time I hover over the honeycomb. But it doesn't center the image.

 

I am currently Doing this for my Steam Honey Comb:

 

File Structure:

 

Steam Folder (Parent)

-------> steam.ini 

[STEAM]Meter=ImageImageName=#@#Images\steam.pngW=90H=90MouseOverAction=[!ActivateConfig "Honeycomb\steam\Background" "background.ini"]MouseLeaveAction=[!DeactivateConfig "Honeycomb\steam\Background" "background.ini"]LeftMouseUpAction=["C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steam.exe"][Rainmeter]Update=1000[Metadata]Name=STEAMAuthor=APIUMInformation=License=Version= 

Inside the steam folder:

  -------> Background Folder:

                    background.ini:

[Rainmeter]OnRefreshAction=!ZPos "-2"[Wallpaper]Meter = ImageImageName = Steam.png 

and Steam.png in the background folder.

 

So how do i fix this.
