38mm is theb etter options, 32mm might not cover all the IHS

I Use my knowledge as business owner and self taught technician aswell as an AI to help people. AI might be controversial but it actually works pretty well 90% of the time.

Also a nhl9 wont cool a 5700x3d well at all. What are the space constraints? Tiny itx coolers have gotten a bunch of extra options in the last few years.

As for size 38mm

It's a later development and has better performance in the benchmarks I've seen

Yours to tell, but if you want something cheap use thermal paste...

It's not cheap until you consider the fact that it will last for a very long time without me for being replaced AND can be transferred with ease from one build to another because it's a completely dry sheet.

Additionally, it has great results.

So, pay more upfront and less over the life of the product compared to virtually all other products.... or pay and pay and pay.

I've been using computers since around 1978, started learning programming in 1980 on Apple IIs, started learning about hardware in 1990, ran a BBS from 1990-95, built my first Windows PC around 2000, taught myself malware removal starting in 2005 (also learned on Bleeping Computer), learned web dev starting in 2017, and I think I can fill a thimble with all that knowledge. 😉 I'm not an expert, which is why I keep investigating the answers that others give to try and improve my knowledge, so feel free to double-check the advice I give.

My phone's auto-correct is named Otto Rong.🤪😂
