I found this so far and it seems like it's good for the pricepoint but is there a better card for roughly the same price?

XFX is a good brand for amd cards, Sapphire, MSI and Powercolor are good as well, avoid ASUS/Gigabyte.

I wouldn't recommend PowerColor, if the Sapphire is the same price as XFX pick it up, otherwise get an XFX.

I wouldn't recommend PowerColor, if the Sapphire is the same price as XFX pick it up, otherwise get an XFX.

The only thing wrong with Powecolor is their Customer Service, their PCS+ cooler is great for temps and noise.

 

That's a good price for a 380X.
