change - we don't need.

#Republicans.

The only way to deal with an unfree world is to become so absolutely free that your very existence is an act of rebellion.

Its not needed for desktop users.

Desktop users end up using windows 8 as windows 7 anyway (apart from some stuff in different places and having to use the horrible metro UI sometimes).

Doesn't help that it takes more clicks to get places in windows 8 than windows 7, which is stupid.

I'm using Windows 8 and honestly I have nothing against it. Maybe Metro can get annoying at times when you want to find certain programs but all the stuff I use has a shortcut to to be desktop.

Smoothness? I see no benefit windows 8 gives you if you install StartIsBack to make it essentially Windows 7.

Windows 8 is for tablets not desktops.

Even if with startisback, why exactly pay for windows 8 when you already have windows 7...

But why would you want to ENDURE the annoying metro?

But why would you want to ENDURE the annoying metro?

Because I can still scroll wheel through it instead of going to the slider at the bottom!
