Anything ASUS or MSI on the Z97 chipset (for Haswell Refresh) or Z170 (for Skylake).

A Z97 and Z170 motherboard respectively.

MSI makes good motherboards, ASUS too, AsRock is decent. It all just kinda depends on your budget and what other stuff you're looking for (size, like ATX, mATX, ITX, etc., expansion like how many PCIE ports you need, how many SATA ports you need and I guess you could choose depending on color scheme too)
