x470 BIOS issue - CH341a Programmer Kit Recommendations?

Does anyone have recommendations for a CH341a programmer for SOIC16. I have an x470 board that got a bad BIOS flash and want to try to save it, but I've had trouble finding a quality kit to do this.

I've attached an image of the chip I need to program.

Any advice would help. Thanks!

You can do that with any arduino or raspberry pi, just remember to get some 1.8v level converters as to not fry that chip.

Any SOIC16 clip ought to do the job.
