What is the general consensus here regarding keeping chipset drivers up to date? I have an Asus Tuf X570 Pro WiFi II... I have not updated it's chipset drivers. Should I update my chipset drivers? And, if so, should I grab them from AMD or from Asus? I've seen quite a bit of conflicting information regarding this topic elsewhere...

When it comes to any driver, it's often best not to update it. If you are playing a game that has compatibility issues, or you are aware of a security flaw, or you have encountered a problem with your system and are troubleshooting, those are good reasons to update, but if a system is running smoothly, the less changes to the software, the better. I even went the extra mile and disabled all windows updates on my desktop because it was annoying me.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

especially if you've never updated you probably should  - however if everything is working how it should there isn't really a reason to update.
