Amd 8320 stock cooler noise - New cooler adivice?

sgtbreezy93

So i build my PC. I noticed that it make very loud noise under gaming. So i downloaded OpenHardwaremonitor and i found out that the CPU fan is running at 5000 - 6000 rpm and that is when i play dota 2 who is not that demanding game and it is even worse when playing BF4 or BO3. Gpu at 1400 rpm. So i guess it is the cpu stock cooler who is making this noise.

So im buying a new CPU cooler who is quiter. Are the hyper 212 evo a good choice?

I have the Cryorig H7, it's way better looking than the Evo 212 and keeps it below 60c under full load @ 4.8 ghz overclock and fan speed doesn't go above 60% to do this. It's relatively quite too, my case fans are much louder.
