GPU: GTX 660 FTW 3GB GDDR5

 

CPU:  AMD FX-6300 Vishera 6-Core 3.5 GHz

No, that CPU will not work.

 

Please don't get that motherboard, that mobo is for laptop CPUs. I am thinking of AM1

 

The motherboard is FM1, The CPU is AM3+

The GPU should work.

Nope, FX-6300 is socket AM3+ and this motherboard is FM1 which is completely different.

nearly all gpus work with any motherboard

Sorry my mistake, thought he was only asking about CPU. needs different mobo regardless. Anything that takes am3+ will fit that GPU

What's hilarious is that the motherboard is from like 2006 and the CPU is from 2012 a six year difference is a long way for computers
