780Ti, not titans.

Only 4GB of VRAM

But.... but..... 512 bit bus with 4GB could use all that memory much better than 384-bit with 6GB

This is wildly unnecessary, unless you're trying to play Runescape or something 

32 fans is not overkill it can easily handle runescape, the real question is can it handle minecraft?

Cool. You've selected some of the most ridiculously expensive parts available.

 

Now select some parts that would actually be a kick-ass rig and weren't just selected because they cost $3000 more than the other options. ;)
