The build is not possible

I don't know if anyone else mentioned it, I couldn't be arsed reading posts about this build for half an hour, so I'll cut to the chase:

 

You listed 8 kits of 2x4GB RAM. That makes 16 DIMMs. I looked at the board and there are only 8 DIMM slots present.

 

Possibly a board like this?
