it's waaaaay too hot at idle

that is not idle and it's a laptop, it about right

the motherboard has one too

he should show us task manager because even with a badly mounted cooler the temps wouldnt be this high, so im still fairly sure that the CPU is not at idle

I'd say that is WAYYY too hot at idle, but I have no idea if that program is accurate. Go download the tril version of AidaExtreme and see what it tells you. I have found that matches my BIOS temps pretty well.

If Tjmax is the temp then it sys 85c if not then it dodnt say

Green bar is usage. Next to it are temps. Its not idle. Its general usage, which is fine. Also for laptop its normal.

Software used in pic is Speccy which is as good as any other known software.
