That should be under windows settings iirc. Not in amd cc.

Like, it should be in the display tab but this is all I get.

clicking additional settings gives me this. I used to have desktop properties before but now the only thing I get is desktop colors.

If you mean to oc the refresh rate is on the custom resolution... and you can set there the refresh rate to stock too...

nah my monitor is 120 hz but it's running at 60hz
