600USD budget video editing build plan..

I honestly think this is a long (and complicated) post for just a build plan. At least i've warned you.....

Hi there. Thank you for reading this topic. Please read carefully. I'm planning to build a pc. Keep in mind that i'm in a budget. I will use this pc for video editing, photoshop, office word tasks, and light gaming (by light i mean not so many games(the game i plan to play: cs:go, BF3(or 4)))(no GPU in the build, it's on a upgrade list). I heard that more cores help in video editing, so i made two part lists (Amd one have 8 cores, while the intel one have 4). But honestly, i don't really know, so i need your help..!! :D

Notes : If you want to, read carefully. If you don't want, just skip -_-

  1. My budget is in Indonesian Rupiah. Wich is Rp 8,500,000,-. And that in USD is 611.07USD. If you want to make an alternative list, keep that in mind (if you want).                                                       (exchange rates fluctuates! click this link for recent exchange rates)
  2. The BenQ GL2023A Monitor is about 75.26USD. PCPP don't have the price for that monitor, so i put my own (from my retailer that i going to by from)                                                                           (exchange rates fluctuates! click this link for recent exchange rates)
  3. The Keyboard is about 3.58USD. PCPP don't have the price for that keyboard, so i put my own (from my retailer that i going to by from)                                                                                                   (exchange rates fluctuates! click this link for recent exchange rates)
  4. [for the intel part list] The Biostar B85MG Motherboard is about 58.70USD. PCPP don't have the price for that mobo, so i put my own (from my retailer that i going to by from)                                     (exchange rates fluctuates! click this link for recent exchange rates)
  5. [for the Intel part list] I might change between H81 or B85 chipset(because budget). If i eventually choose the B85, i might change the case to the Fractal Core 1000 (because the core 1000 have a usb 3.0 port and have the same price as NZXT. src210 at my retailer)(yes, i won't shop at newegg/ncix/etc.). But The Fractal Core 1000 is a mATX case, means that i can't upgrade (to motherboard that isn't mATX/mITX), do you have any advice on this?
  6. [for the amd part list] I don't really know, what to choose, the FX-8350 or the A10-7870K. Do you have any advice?
  7. [for the amd part list] I honestly haven't really understand AMD chipsets, is this chipset is a bad choice? Do you have any advice?
  8. English isn't my native language, sorry for any mistakes

The AMD one is gonna be better for editing, but you will be stuck with MOBO's graphics due to the fact that the FX line doesnt have inegrated graphics. Also that MOBO might not be a ble to handle the 8350,low power phsases,no VRM heatsinks etc.

Shark Rampage V: AMD FX-4350 @ 4.5GHz(1.404 Volts) / Hyper 212 Evo / Gigabyte 750Ti (1405MHz Core,3200MHz Memory @ stock voltage) / Kington HyperX Fury 8 Gigs 1866MHz Dual channel / ASUS M5A97 R2.0 / WD Caviar Blue 1TB 7200 RPM / 850Evo 250GB / XFX TS 550w 80+ Bronze Sharkoon VG4-W

what about the  A10-7870K ? it's an apu, right? i think it's only 4 cores, and different socket. what do you think? will apu help?

The CPU side of the A10 is on-par or worse than the X4-860K,the APU will help on hardware accelerated programs and on gaming but not at anything else.
