Seems to be a thing now - bunch of threads at sites with people modding AiO to cool GPU's... funny - stock fan on his CPU. :)

Theres a problem with it because it doesn't cool any of the ram or mosfets. (Which can get QUIET hot.)

Yep - you still need to add a whole bunch of heatsinks to the card.
