New CPU, disabled cores?

Hello,

I just installed my Intel Xeon E3 1231 V3 into my MSI H81M-P33, and I booted my machine to discover that it's only using 2 cores and 4 threads, instead of the normal 4 cores and 8 threads. How can I fix this? I looked around in the BIOS and didn't really find any helpful info.

Have you tried msconfig and going into advanced options?
