2K is 1080p :P

I'd change the 4690 to a 4460 to save a bit of money for pretty much the same performance, I'd add a 250GB 850 evo SSD, and change the PSU to an EVGA g2/gs or seasonic psu.

Edit- I'd also change the watercooling for something like a 212 evo, because you won't be needing it for a non overclocking build

switch out the fire hazard psu (jk). still i would recommend the current psu im using (supernova g2) great quality, silent (for my 970 the psu fan never turns on) and most importantly comes with sleeved cables!

Hmmm... Definately switch to an air cooler. If possible get an ssd. But dat mobo tho... It has over clocking features like oc genie witch oc's to the cpu's turbo (from experience)... But since u r not over clocking, it becomes an unesacary feature. But 4 that price.. Not bad. Hope this helped ;)

Op, I have a core i5 4570 with an evo 212 air cooler and at 100% load it never goes above 50°C. I'd ditch water cooling, and unless you're planning on adding a second 390, you can use a good 550watt PSU. You'll save quite a bit of money on the PSU. I'd recommend EVGA or SEASONIC for the PSU instead of Corsair, though it's more preference on my end rather than experience. All I've ever run is EVGA and everyone on here always recommends SEASONIC as well.

Erm,for those saying that liquid cooling is not needed for non overclocking, my reason is that whenever me or someone will look into my side panel, we would see the entire motherboard and other parts :D .. aaaaand i want my rig to be cool as possilbe (cpu) correct me if im wrong but the liquid cooling cools the cpu much better than the air cooling right?  :D thanks again!
and based on the comments and advice, i will change my PSU  :)

Uhmm but i wouldn't see the whole motherboard with an air cooleerr :( LOL :D:D but is it still okay if I go with liquid cooling? cause my old rig now has air cool and it blocks the beautiful view of the motherboard :(

If you want to spend the extra money then sure, its your money. I thought about doing water cooling with a lepa AIO since I wanted the red LEDs on the water block.
