I don't know if theres a way, but the temps should indicate which is which.

When I open 2 instances of GPU-Z for my sli configurtation, how can I tell which one goes with the top or bottom card? I would assume the first card in the drop down menu is the top card and the second is the bottom card.

Yeah so if you set one to the first and one to the second card then you'll know.

Thanks, ran Valley benchmark to check which one was the hottest to confirm
