Steams Statement

• Dec 25, Steam found that the network had malfunctioned

• lasted for around an hour before Valve shut down Steam to fix

• Valve didn’t release a statement until Dec 30, 2015

  • configuration error resulted in some users seeing Steam Store pages for other users

  • 34,000 users affected

  • contents of these pages were varied

  • some revealed billing addresses, last four digits of phone number, purchase history, last two digits of credit card numbers

• Valve working with web caching partner to identify the victims

• happened Christmas morning due to Steam Store being targeting by DoS attack

• in response to attack, caching rules managed by Steam partner were deployed

• trying to minimize impact on Steam Store servers, and continue to route traffic

Just curious, why is the Pocket Casts version of the audio show delayed several days after the Soundcloud RSS version? I've had to switch over to using RSS, but the artwork is so low resolution and it's still the old logo. Would it be possible to either update the artwork on SoundCloud, or speed up the delivery of the WAN Show to podcast marketplaces such as Pocket Casts? Thanks!
