Extreme budget build. 771 to 775 mod or 1566 1st gen i series?

I have found the exact build I want to make for either build ( checked thoroughly for compatibility ) now I need your suggestions to pull the trigger. (Buying used off of eBay)

I know it's a dell motherboard but I have personally tested it to work with the intel xeon E5450.

That sounds good! I'll definitely look into it. You used the sticker right? Onto the cpu?

Damn, I have the same board and a Xeon X3220 (LGA 775 Xeon) good to know it supports the mod though :)
