OP has an 'unlimited' budget, got to future proof for more Titan Xs :D

There is not futureproof so stop saying stuff like that.

You won't be gaming in 4k with one Titan IF you want a steady 60fps. I would reccommend either ultra-wide(21:9) screens or normal 2560x1080p screens since they will allow you to still get fairly high fps.

EDIT: You could go 4k@60Hz G-sync though but that doesn't really fix the wound sub-60fps levels leave in my heart, it only tapes them.

I didn't go fulloverkill but definitely didn't cheap out anywhere. If you have any questions about my choices feel free to ask me or just the other people on the forum :D

Best cooler out there is the X61 Kraken. You may prefer a Corsair H110i GTX though, because the X61 is massive.

Be nice to each other boys and girls. And don't cheap out on a power supply.

A high-end graficscard doesn't guarantee a steady FPS so I wouldn't take the compromise.

Well the 110i is not any smaller than the x61(both 280mm + block), right?

I've heard the Kraken has pump issues, have they fixed that yet?

But we'd better ask him about what is really necessary. He never even told us about 5 games he wanted to play with this in the future. I (and you should too) have a hard time suggesting a very expensive build for someone who doesn't seem to know what he is doing/askin for/can get for his money/ etc. There are a lot of reasons not to do that blindly.

I made 2 builds for you, 1 is completely overkill that I wouldn't recommend getting but you could get if you really wanted to and the other one is what I would recommend getting  because the price to performance is much better.

-Overkill https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Mullen/saved/#view=FcHH99
