Amazon.com has never given me any issues, and I NEVER order from Marketplace sellers if the shipper isn't Amazon.

Really though, the worst experience I've had with Amazon is receiving an item 4 days late (guaranteed shipping.) They gave me a free $10 gift card, so I didn't mind.

I once had a package take like, twice as long as the estimated shipping predicted, but the estimation was like 3 days, so it was no biggie really.

No issues at all. I'm getting my Corsair 900D by Thursday of this week. I've only bought almost all of my items from and shipped from Amazon only, otherwise I make sure it's from the company and fulfilled by Amazon. I'm super stoked to unbox it.

Never had any problems ordering and no problems with the expected delivery dates either. Boring, I kinda want a delivery to come a day after it's expected so I can complain like some people and get a $10 gift card, lol.

I called them asking them to price match a TV. They wouldn't do it. They just gave me a $50 gift card instead. Best Buy then price matched it for me .

-Working on getting a couple grand from Panasonic (toaster oven went up in flames)

-Got Intel to send me another G3258 for free (though it seems like they are upgrading me from the tone of the guy's voice)

-2x Internet Speed for 1/2 price from ISP

Never had a problem with them. Sure they've missed a date here and there, but I've always been credited with $5-10 which is really nice of them since 90% of the time they're covering for UPS / USPS screw ups.

Absolutely horrifying experiences every single time I order from them. They usually ship their packages from a warehouse about 20 miles from my house (which is the same thing Newegg does) except they like to sit on my package for a week before shipping it out instead of shipping it out the same day or the day after I place my order. I can't fathom why they need to take their time to ship my stuff out when it's in stock in a warehouse less than an hour from my house. Newegg on the other hand ships the day of if I order early enough or the day after, albeit with a terrible courier that is surprisingly good (ontrac). I usually receive my stuff from Newegg within 2 days of ordering.
