PSU is great if you haven't bought the build though changes can be made for much better

You can get a SuperFlower Golden Green 550W for an extra £2.40. The Seasonic is a good unit as well.

There isn't much in it really. The SuperFlower unit is a bit more efficient (Gold v Bronze). Both have the same length warranty of 5 years.
