Not a big deal, and seems like they merged the two together, and I also recomend googling the phrase along with linus tech tips in google for more accurate information.

Cool, but superactines (or just anything above ~100) are just useless...

and it's not that we can just keep 'forming' elements anyways. There's a limit according to Bohr's model and general relativity..
