Air cooling for LGA 1150 for under $15

MinerModi

soo......     Im on a tight budget and im planning on upgrading the computer that i built on July of 2014 and i was looking on ebay for a cpu cooler as my ghetto stock heatsink with a 80mm fan taped on isnt doing very good. And I found this

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/New-CPU-Cool-Cooling-Heatsink-PC-Cooler-Fan-Support-intel-LGA775-1155-1156-1150/262045449907?_trksid=p2045573.c100033.m2042&_trkparms=aid%3D111001%26algo%3DREC.SEED%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D20131017132637%26meid%3Dafaea341adc74c899e59850159aad512%26pid%3D100033%26rk%3D2%26rkt%3D4%26sd%3D181870928144

Looks great but i am wondering if i will need to buy a backplate like this one

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Mount-Backplate-Holder-for-3rd-Party-CPU-Cooler-Fan-H97-B85-Intel-LGA-1150-Pins/171639207360?_trksid=p2045573.c100033.m2042&_trkparms=aid%3D111001%26algo%3DREC.SEED%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D20131017132637%26meid%3Dd317499b8767444ab2b9a340a36bedb5%26pid%3D100033%26rk%3D3%26rkt%3D4%26sd%3D262045449907

And i was also wondering what specific model this cooler is. looks like a decent deepcool.  Hopefully it fits on my mobo

Thank you for reading,

                                   Modi

What are your temps with the stock cooler? Why is there an 80mm fan taped to it?

I'm not even sure if the mounting hardware item and heatsink go together.

I would save a bit more and get a 212 EVO or beQuiet! Pure Rock.

No point in wasting your time and money on anything cheaper than the two above,

4690K // 212 EVO // Z97-PRO // Vengeance 16GB // GTX 770 GTX 970 // MX100 128GB // Toshiba 1TB // Air 540 // HX650

Logitech G502 RGB // Corsair K65 RGB (MX Red)

umm the reason i have an 80mm fan taped to it because for some reason it wont boot with the stock fan on and im getting like~43 c with ~24% usage

and i dont mind zip tying it to the holes nor can i afford to spend more than $15 on the cooler

What are your load temps? The 4150 is fine up to 80-90c at load.

79c is fine.

If mounting is an issue, stock coolers aren't that expensive: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Intel-E97379-Core-i3-i5-i7-Socket-LGA-1150-1155-1156-NEW-CPU-FAN-HEATSINK-C0155-/321940579843?hash=item4af5276603:g:opgAAOSw9mFWG~J2

I can't change the search location on eBay away from my zip code for some reason. I'd suggest looking up for the cheapest intel 1155 stock cooler you can find on eBay--one that has the Delta or Intel branding sticker.
