You can use a lower concentration of Isoprophyl alcohol, you just have wait longer for it to evaporate.

i've totally cleaned CPUs with deodorant before...

I'd rather not have the smell of hot deodorant in my room. I hate the smell of 99% of them anyways.

It has gone as far that people order basic stuff from amazon ...  :(

I don't have any shops that sell this in my town.

I usually just use some good ol toilet paper. Only time I use a solvent of some sort is when I'm building a brand new system.

i usually have to deal with much more crusty stuff than paper tissues can handle.

some of the stuff i have to clean is literally fossilized...

Depends on the country and local restrictions for your area. Flammable materials have to go through certain procedures here in the U.S., namely ground shipping. Usually incurs a price premium, but Amazon Prime is a great thing to have.

Not sure how flammable goods are handled in other countries

Yeah, i can imagine that it'd probably be quite expensive to get in, not to mention its relatively heavy, but it still may be cheaper then getting it here in ireland, you'd swear its illegal or something. Also, thanks for that heads up!
