RMAing my Razer Keyboard. Replaced or refund

Hi guys

As you may remember I purchased a Razer keyboard a couple of weeks ago.

I noticed yesterday that some keys were not clicking the same as the other keys,so I'm returning it

I'm aware the QA is something to be desired but should I refund or replace it and get something else ?

which model is it. well some like khail switch like me and Hardwarecannuck if you know him so razer is not all that bad.

i've had a black widdow 2014 for a bit over a year now and never had any problems with it. It even survived being used with beer in it cuz i was too drunk and just wiped it with some paper towels.

In my experience, Razer keyboards are ok, but the newer 2015 models with Razer switches are too mushy and the keycaps move around too much, so I'd recommend getting a refund. The only exception is the Chroma, because Corsair's RGB offerings just don't look as good, but perform better.

I am conducting some polls regarding your opinion of large technology companies. I would appreciate your response.

I like the USB passsthrough feature so straife ?
