Yes they're updated. The R9 380X is way better than the GTX 960. I would go for the R9 380X if I were you.

It's very much worth it. AMD's drivers are for the most part on par with Nvidia's.

Regardless of what Nvidia wants you to believe, you don't need special drivers for every game that comes out.

AMD drivers are fine. I can't say the same for Nvidia mobile drivers though

380X is vastly superior to the 960 - talking 20%

The R9 280 about par slightly faster than the GTX 960.

The AMD drivers are about par with Nvidia drivers.

R9 380x will smash the GTX 960 in most games.

500W is more than enough - a system with a 380X draws around 280W total. Just make sure your PSU is not a cheapo

So, they're all shit?

I could code better drivers with my asscheeks.

I never said they were good. I said they're on-par with Nvidia's. I thought it was well known that both were bad.

Not what I was saying.

Crimson is the first good driver I've seen. All others I've used are pretty shitty. What I meant was effectively "so nobody has good drivers"

Crimson is a step in the right direction, but they still need a lot of improvements.
