At that price point, nothing. Try to get the A8-7670K for 100 USD

AMD Ryzen 7 3700X | ASUS X570 Crosshair VIII Dark Hero | EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti SC2 HYBRID | 32GB DDR4-3600

Youd have to check second hand if you want anything good.

"Decent" integrated graphics, as in something you can actually play more than simple games on, it's not doable at that price. Your best bet would be the AMD A8-7600 which is 80 USD but can conceivable play some modern games at 720p low to medium settings.

If you just want to boot and play really simple 2d stuff or very easy to run games then maybe the Intel Pentium G3240. In fact I'd get that and drop in something like a 950 later down the line ending up with a decent gaming performer on the very cheap.

A decent integrated GPU? What do you want this thing to do, exactly?

Give us a budget for a system, and we can build you one.

A Core 2 Quad Q6600 is $20 used.

A Q6600 and a G41 motherboard, 4GB DDR2, the stock cooler, a cheap keyboard and mouse, a 1TB Hitachi hard drive, an EVGA 430W PSU and the cheapest case you can find,

Expect nothing more. You're at the absolute lowest price bracket a decent PC can be got for. $50 more and you could have a decent dGPU as well
