Does The 960 have a full-fat GM206?

So does this mean the 950 has a cut-down GM206? and isnt the 750/750ti getting an even more cut down GM206?

Yes, the 960 uses a fully fledged GM206 GPU with the 950 having a cut down version - if the 750/750 Ti have lesser specs, yes it's an even more cut down version of it.
