FPS Drops With GTX 760

Hello LTT.

I own a Gigabyte Windforce 3x GTX 760 2GB.

And I recently reinstalled windows to my pc. Ever since fps in games like CS:GO, Modern Warfare 2 is dropping. I had fps around 270 which I do still at some point, but it drops to 150 and 50. Could someone help me to get the fps back up to where it was?

your settings must have changed then. have you used the geforce experience and optimized those games? how about nvidia control panel, everything under 3d settings(adjust image settings with preview, manage 3d settings and physx) the same as before?
