Hey LTT community how are you doing? My friend shot his first deer and he got featured on a local banks Facebook page to win $100 and he needs the most like to win it. Please help me and make this happen for this little guy. Thanks!

OP, if your friend cleaned and gutted the deer himself, hauled the meat into his truck to the freezer, where him and his family are now using it to help them through winter, then kudos. If he did it for sport and left the carcass rotting in the woods, he's another decadent waste.

Virtually no one does that, pretty much everyone who hunts deer eats them.

deer tastes nice i had some the other day. some mixed game, it included deer, rabbit, pheasant etc :P

Either one of the two is a ravenous meat-eater. Trust me, I've seen them. I just don't like people killing stuff for shits and giggles. It should be to a purpose - A legitimate need for population control, or for food, or for whatever good reason. Not just "Oh, I need to become a more manly man, so I will go and shoot a deer to prove myself!

Okay, glad you understand :D. We don't hunt to become more manly men in WI we hunt for population control and it's free meat for us.

Still waiting for the day we are going too "balance the ecosystem" and regulate the population number on people. Regulate something in nature it always ends up worse. I'm not a vegetarian or anti deer hunting btw. I just see the irony.
