Here's the story,

I overclocked my CPU to 4.7Ghz right of the bat using overclocking software (EasyTune), then I played some Shadow of Mordor on 4K.

Temperatures were high at first, like 93 in the title screen and when I was playing, the temps were between 80 and 90.

Then I thought I overclocked by too much, so I decreased it to 4.6Ghz. Temps were slightly smaller sitting between 80-87 and I thought something's not right.

I decided to overclock my CPU through BIOS. 4.6Ghz OC on 1.2V.

After that, I opened Prime95 test and I got bluescreened. It said that I got "Whea_Uncorrectable_Error". I thought it's random, so I restarted the PC and tried again. Got the same error again. I thought okay, I will go back to 4.5Ghz.

It was running fine for 5 min and after that the temperatures started to skyrocket. At first it was fine, it was sitting comfortably between 70 and 72. Then in the 6th minute it started to crank up to 87 then 90 then 92. I turned off the test after it.

Any idea why does it happen? Is there anything I can do to overclock or is there something wrong with my CPU?

I followed this tutorial at some point:

Well, that depends. What kind of CPU cooler are you using?

And tell us more about your system.

I cannot be held responsible for any bad advice given.

I've no idea why the world is afraid of 3D-printed guns when clearly 3D-printed crossbows would be more practical for now.

My rig: The StealthRay. Plans for a newer, better version of its mufflers are already being made.

First, there are known issues with Prime95 and Haswell, best to not use it at all. Use Intel XTU or Aida64 for testing.

Second, your temps are atrocious. Check and make sure your cooler is properly mounted and that you have an adequate amount of thermal paste.

Third, make sure you are using manual voltage and set up your motherboards line load calibration (LLC) after you get your temps under control.

I call that you have a bad mount. Remount cooler.

Already checked, it sits fine. When CPU is not overclocked AT ALL, I get 65C under load while playing Shadow of Mordor on 4k ultra. Idle is about 32-33 degrees.

Use IBT, do 10 passes and test with some Cinebench also while keeping an eye on your temps.

65c is a bit high still for that cooler

I would tighten it down..and redo the thermal paste

it should be over the whole top of the cpu and be paper thin amount

If you need remote help fixing something on your computer

I can help over Teamviewer if you wish

just msg me on my profile

This rig is quite new. I'm almost certainly sure that mounting and the thermal paste on the CPU are still good. I'll test it with Cinebench and if it's still same, I'm gonna take cooler apart and put it back in.
