DO I HAVE A TROJAN?

UnstableAdrian

is it worth upgrading malwarebytes?

You can if you want. You get a few extra features such as real time protection and hyper scanning, but IMO the free version is good enough.

Absolutely. I bought 3 licenses back when they were still selling lifetime licenses, but even for $29/yr for 3 PC's it's worth it.

I only run MalwareBytes and whatever Microsoft has on their OS's now, and I never have to play cat and mouse with things.

Your other screenshots don't reveal anythings else that needs to be removed, so run ADWCleaner if you're still having search issues.

Than I'd call it good, unless there's some other weird things going on.

Desktop: KiRaShi-Intel-2022 (i5-12600K, RTX2060) Mobile: OnePlus 5T | REDACTED - 50GB US + CAN Data for $34/month
Laptop: Dell XPS 15 9560 (the real 15" MacBook Pro that Apple didn't make) Tablet: iPad Mini 5 | Lenovo IdeaPad Duet 10.1
Camera: Canon M6 Mark II | Canon Rebel T1i (500D) | Canon SX280 | Panasonic TS20D Music: Spotify Premium (CIRCA '08)

UNINSTALL SearchMoreKnow FROM YOUR ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS

I shouldn't need to explain why. Just do it, then run ADWCleaner, then run MalwareBytes. In that order. And report back :D

shoot i missed the first step... im going to do them when i get the chance.
