Best $150~ USD GPU?

I'm looking for a good budget GPU. The most intense games I play are Borderlands 2, CS:GO, Just Cause 2, and Civ 5. My current choice is a GTX 950, the 2GB Model. Also, The card has to be less than 255mm for my case.

I'm picking up a used 7950 for $75 today which would beat or match the performance of your 950 any day. Don't know if it would fit in your case though.

On newegg you can pick it up for $159.99 with a $20 mail-in-rebate. But if that's not your style, then never mind. I personally live in the UK so I wouldn't use newegg or $ so I'm not 100% on the American economy
