Budget 1440p Monitor

I have a budget of like $350 for a new monitor.. But I'm wanting to get a 1440p monitor. Refresh rate doesn't really matter to me as I'm used to playing on a 60hz monitor. It's all I've ever known but I'm really just wanting to upgrade my screen size from 23inch to 27inch. Would 1440p even be worth it for me? I don't even mind playing at 1080p so if a 1080p monitor is something I should even consider please let me know. right now I'm just looking at one monitor. It's a little bit over budget but I think I'd be safe to manage it. If you can find something better thats cheaper though please let me know. Thank you.

PLS (similar to IPS, so colors are freaking fantastic)

and I do believe that you can overclock this monitor's framerate over 100hz
