I found like 5 LaserDisks today. I just want to know if anyone else have any LaserDisks. All of mine are digital audio and I have a player too! :) Will fix the player tomorrow.

I found like 5 LaserDisks today. I just want to know if anyone else have any LaserDisks. All of mine are digital audio and I have a player too! :) Will fix the player tomorrow.

 

I've not had the opportunity to use a LaserDisk but have watched several videos about their history. Do you have any LaserDisk games, they seem to have limited replay value?

Laser disks were cool for about a year.  :P

I remember them, never owned one, had one at school though.

I think what's amazing about laserdiscs is that they wern't digital video, though the audio could be and was mostly digital.  They featured an optically encoded analog composite video signal rather than any sort of digital video information.  Though the audio could indeed be in digital LPCM, Dobly Digital AC3 or DTS tracks.
